Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Processing times are unique to each item, please refer to individual product descriptions to determine current shipping time frames. 


Friends looking to get their pieces ASAP should shop in our 'Ready to Ship' category where all items are already made and ready to ship within 5-7 business days.


All other products are 'Made to Order' and can take 3-6 weeks to process and ship since most pieces are hand painted, unless otherwise stated. 


'Friends of an Artist' pieces are made with exceptional detail, care and quality by one artist, so we appreciate your patience. However, we do work hard to get our friends their pieces even sooner.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales final, no returns or exchanges.

  • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, wrong size sent, damaged product that is unworn with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.

Q: I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

A: Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If it has passed the shipping time frame in the items description, then you should reach out to us via email or direct message. If it has not passed that time frame, our artist is working hard on your order and it will be shipped by the estimated time frame. 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
